Privacy Policy
Last updated: 12 June 2026
This privacy policy explains how Double Quack Ltd ("we", "us", "our") handles personal information in connection with this website, doublequack.co.uk. We keep things simple here because, frankly, we collect very little.
Who we are
Double Quack Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17262143), with its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ. We are the data controller for any personal data processed through this website. You can contact us at hello@doublequack.co.uk.
What we collect through this website
This website does not use cookies, analytics, or tracking of any kind. We do not collect personal data simply because you visit.
If you email us, we will receive whatever you choose to send — typically your name, email address, and the content of your message. We use this only to respond to you and handle your enquiry.
Legal basis
Where we process personal data from your correspondence, we do so on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (Article 6(1)(f) UK GDPR), or to take steps you have asked for before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b)).
How long we keep your data
We keep correspondence only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards, after which it is deleted.
Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We may use trusted service providers (such as our email host) to operate the business; they process data only on our instructions. We may disclose information if required to do so by law.
Our apps
Our mobile applications have their own privacy policies, which describe in detail what data they collect and how it is used. Those policies are presented within each app and on the relevant app store listing.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law, you have rights over your personal data, including the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- ask us to correct or delete it;
- object to or restrict our processing of it;
- data portability, where applicable.
To exercise any of these rights, email hello@doublequack.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the updated version on this page with a new "last updated" date.
